4 years ago I bought my first home through Smartmove and yesterday I completed the sale through them as well. All of the people remembered either myself, but certainly the property from when I purchased and the selling process was very smooth from start to finish. As soon as the property went to market they rang through a waiting list and secured a viewing - my eventual buyer - within a couple of hours. The conveyancing firm they recommended - Taylor Rose - were also superb and will continue to use moving forward. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

Sale of Mums house
We (my brothers and I) went with the highest valuer to test the market: this was Smatrmoves. They were the most proactive in justifying their valuation and tactics, they were communicative throughout and seemed to manage the process and us well.
