Letting Only Service Fee: First month’s rent inc VAT
Gold Service: 12% INC VAT
Silver Service: 10% INC VAT
Bronze Service: 8% INC VAT
Charges once a tenant has been found
Tenancy Set-Up Fee to include the below: £420

- Referencing - £96
- Tenancy Agreement - £150
- Deposit Registration - £34
- Preparing Inventory/Schedule of Condition: Minimum fee £180 dependent on size of property
Additional Fees
- Referencing: £48 per additional reference
- Gas Safety Certificate: £125
- Energy Performance Certificate: £120
- Electrical Installation Condition Report: £240
- Obtaining quotes and arranging of works: £30 maximum will be added per job
- Preparing Inventory/Schedule of Condition: Minimum fee £180. Cost subject to size of property
- Check Out Report: £90
- Issuing Rent Increase notice: £20 per notice
- Issuing Section 8/21 notice: £180
- Additional Legal Notices: £50
- Administration of NRL tax returns: £40 per annum
- Tenancy Renewal Fee: £118.80
- Deposit Resolution: £100
- Inspections: £48
- Attending Court following a legal notice: £200
- Hourly rate for other work: £40 per hour
