The property that I was selling belonged to my late mother. David, Nicola and the team were very helpful right from the off. They provided with me with a valuation for probate and then handled the sale. I was kept informed of proceedings throughout and they helped me to chase up information were needed and to understand the proceedings of selling. We had an offer within the first week of going on the market and when that fell through, no fault of the estate agent, they had it back up within 24 hours and more viewings booked in immediately, which led to a quick offer and subsequent sale.
