We (my brothers and I) went with the highest valuer to test the market: this was Smatrmoves. They were the most proactive in justifying their valuation and tactics, they were communicative throughout and seemed to manage the process and us well. They accompanied and followed up a number of viewings over 6 months culminating in a successful sale.
